Unscrew the used CO2 cartridge |

Pressdown by hand on the inflated airbag to remove
gas completely.
The neck airbag and the hip airbag to be folded and fastened with buttons. |

Insert a 6mm setting bolt (supplied with the vest)
into the hole at athe bottom of the "key box" and tighten by hand. |

Then slowly tighten further with the 5mm hexagon
wrench (supplied with the Vest) until the hole for the "key ball" with
a ring is placed at the center of the hole of the "key box" |

Insert the "key ball" with a ring deeply
into the hole of the "key box" by fingers. |

 |
Make sure that the "key ball" is settled
down properly by pressing the red slide cover down over the hole. If it is blocked
by the ring and does not come down, tighten or loosen the "setting bolt"
and/or press down the edge of the ring around the "key ball" by the
fingernail until the "key ball" fits in the hole and the red side cover
comes down. |

Make sure that a pin in the screw box for the
CO2 cartridge is not bent or damaged. |

Screw a CO2 cartridge fully and tightly into the
bottom until it cannot go any further.
Make sure that the red slide cover is moved upwards to leave
a "key ball" to see. |
